What is the difference between Denture Essential, Premium, & Implants?
‍We ensure there's a plan for everyone to maintain optimal oral health while working with dentures. All dentures are digitized as a courtesy to streamline the replacement process should the need ever arise. Screening and detecting early signs of issues like gum disease or oral cancer gives you peace of mind.  Minimizing the risk of bacterial and/or fungal infections, GBT Airflow technology keeps your denture clean and well maintained. Visit us every 12 months (Denture Essential) or 6 months (Denture Premium) to ensure your dentures fit comfortably and your mouth stays healthy.

For all patients working with implant-assisted or implant-supported dentures, our Denture Implants plan focuses on the longevity & health of your implants and offers discounts on attachments and parts. Your Rollover Rewards will be there for you when you are ready to refresh your smile and level up your dentures!

How do I sign up?

Click here to see pricing, select your benefits, and enroll. Once you have completed your enrollment our office will reach out to you to schedule an appointment. If you have any questions or would like to set up your own appointment don’t hesitate to call.

What can I expect on my first visit?

We are excited to welcome you to our LoFi family! On your first visit, pay the one-time enrollment fee and first monthly payment to receive the included benefits of the plan you choose. Most plans include a comprehensive evaluation, necessary dental radiographs, and professional preventive care (cleaning).

What should I do if I have periodontal disease?

Do you have a history of periodontal disease? Bleeding gums, heavy tartar, and/or teeth mobility? We have an Adult Therapeutic plan designed specifically for you. It includes periodic periodontal maintenance visits as well as discounts on specific therapeutic services. Based on a thorough periodontal evaluation including gum measurements and diagnostic radiographs, we will let you know if these services are needed.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted. You can also use your HSA card.

What Preventive Care is included?

A comprehensive oral evaluation, detailed 3D surface scans, and necessary dental radiographs powered by Pearl AI technology allow Dr. Lu and Dr. Q to collect data, establish a baseline, and offer strategies focused on function and longevity. Along with a professional preventive cleaning featuring GBT Airflow Technology, these are included at no additional charge and are available based on the visit frequency you choose when you sign up for your plan.

What other discounts are included?

Your plan includes discounts on any restorative work that needs to be completed (fillings, crowns, root canals, implants, etc.) or on any elective work you may desire (bleaching, cosmetic smile design, botox, etc.). This saves you money when treatment is needed.

How do I receive a discount on procedures?

Just schedule the treatment you need and we will automatically apply the discounts. No confusing paperwork, no pre-authorizations, no restrictive clauses.

Is there a waiting period for benefits and services?

No!  There are no limitations or waiting periods for current or future dental needs.

What is a Rollover Reward?

To encourage you to use your included preventive care benefits, we will reward you with points that you can use toward treatment and services you may need (excludes Botox, in-office bleaching, Orthodontics). Rewards accumulate after each Preventive Care or Perio Maintenance visit and don't expire as long as your membership remains active.

Can I combine my Rewards with other family members?

Yes! Individual rewards may be combined with other family members to maximize savings.  Take advantage of having your entire family on the plan by using everyone’s rewards on a single procedure.

What is the difference between Preventive and Therapeutic plans?

During your comprehensive evaluation, our team will interpret your current radiographs (x-rays) and assess gum measurements to evaluate the condition of your gum and bone foundation (bleeding, recession, mobility, etc.). We use this data to customize the best plan for the prevention of gum disease/bone loss (Preventive Care/Professional Cleaning) or maintenance and control of disease progression (Gum Therapy/Periodontal Maintenance). Based on your diagnosis, we'll recommend the plan that best meets your needs.

What is the difference between Essential and Premium?

Love the feeling of clean teeth and healthy gums? We've got a plan just for you! Dr. Lu and Dr. Q believe in thorough risk assessments to help provide the most predictable, long-term outcomes. In specific situations, they may recommend additional visits to be more proactive about care. Protip: Premium is a great option for children at a higher risk for developing cavities, growth and development concerns, or currently in orthodontic care.

What is GBT Airflow Technology?

Guided Biofilm Therapy is the systematic, predictable solution for dental biofilm (plaque) management using the most minimally invasive technology. LoFi Dental is proud to be the 1st GBT certified practice in Edmond and the 3rd in Oklahoma. No more abrasive rubber cup polishes and a dramatic reduction in hand instrumentation (scraping). What is Pearl AI?

All necessary radiographs (X-rays) are powered by Pearl AI technology, the first real-time FDA-cleared dental AI platform that automatically detects numerous conditions in dental x-rays to give dentists a second set of eyes for superior radiologic accuracy. From decay, infection, bone levels and numerous other conditions, Pearl AI increases diagnostic accuracy by as much as 37% and presents x-ray findings to patients with visual clarity and objective credibility.

How Do I Pause or Suspend My Membership?

We plan on your LoFi+ membership continuing on a month-to-month basis for as long as we have the opportunity to care for your healthy smile. Following your initial enrollment payment, the total monthly amount will be billed for an additional 6 month minimum commitment and is not cancellable prior. If you need to pause or suspend after the initial 6 month minimum commitment is met, please email membership@lofi.dental to submit your request in writing and we will be happy to discontinue your plan. For those who wish to reactivate their membership following a suspension, a $55 reactivation fee will apply per individual.
